The Google founders recommend that all companies ask their customers, "How disappointed would you be if we no longer existed?"
So we added it to our weekly feedback survey.
Last week 80% of our client schools replied "very disappointed," and I woke up to 20+ emails from clients that were concerned we were going out of business...
I have to admit, it made my day! 😊
Now some food for thought:
- Netflix did not kill Blockbuster. Ridiculous late fees did.
- Uber did not kill the taxi business. Limited access and fare control did.
- Amazon did not kill other retailers. Poor customer service did.
- Heightened competition will not kill your school. Poor student achievement will.
Not being student-centric is the biggest threat to any school...
How often do you run parent/student satisfaction surveys?
