My top 3 time management habits (easy to follow with huge payoff):
1. Writing my top three priorities on a post-it each morning and sticking it to the back of my cell phone.
2. Throwing out my todo list. Placing every task directly into my calendar forces me to think about how much time it will take and balance tasks with available slots right off the bat. No available slots? No promises for this week...
3. Controlling the first hour of my day at work -closed door, no interruptions, no calls. Earlier appointment than ususal? I wake up an hour earlier and fit in my hour of silence.
